ZBA Meeting Results 12/15/2015

Case ZBA-901 – Harbor Island Investors, LLC, applicant and property owner, is requesting a variance from Section 50.4-3(3) to allow the former utility parcel in the Sandybrook subdivision to be eligible for a request for a Special Density Exception for Pre-Existing Utility Parcels per Section 50.4 of the Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 223 and 225 Sandybrook Road and zoned R-15, Residential District.

Case ZBA-902 – Groovy Fish Grill, LLC, applicant, on behalf of Sandra McKeithan, property owner, is requesting a variance from the structure setback required per Section 60.3 to construct a restaurant building up to 5’ from the southern parcel line.  The property is located at 1132 S. Seabreeze Road and zoned B-2, Highway Business District.
