Planning Board Results 7/9/2015

Item 1:  Rezoning Request (Z-942) – Request by Cindee Wolf of Design Solutions on behalf of the Krueger Family Trust, property owner, and Stephen Fasul, contract purchaser, to rezone 3.15 acres located at 7755 Market Street from R-15, Residential District, to (CZD) B-2, Conditional Highway Business District, to develop a mini-warehouse use.  -APPROVED with conditions

 

Item 2:  New Hanover County Comprehensive Plan – Planning Staff will present Chapter 3:  Framing the Policy of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan for hearing and consideration of a motion to recommend adoption by the Board of Commissioners.  (This item was continued from the June 4, 2015 Planning Board meeting). – Citizen Advisory Committee and Planning Board recommendations were voted to be forwarded to the County Commissioners August meeting.
