Conditional Zoning District Proposal

A developer is interested in constructing a self-storage facility along Market Street, between
the two intersections of Alexander Road. This proposal would require a Conditional
Zoning District approval from New Hanover County.

An open-house style meeting will be held on Monday, June 8th, at Picnic Shelter #2, Ogden
Park Drive (north side of the lake adjacent to the Dog Park), 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. If you cannot
